Additional amenities include four smart TV’s & DVD players. There are a number of movies for your viewing pleasure, along with board games, dominos and cards. A charcoal grill is also provided on the back porch with a picnic bench.

PARKING is provided for one to two cars directly under the home and additional uncovered parking is available on the driveway.

The home is close to shopping, outlet mall, awesome restaurants, Waterville and mini golf. The property is conveniently located just two miles west of Hwy 59 off of West Beach Blvd.
